Everything we build is documented and in your repositories. Nothing depends on us being available, and there is no lock-in dressed up as a service - if you bring the capability in-house later, the handover is a conversation rather than an excavation.

Retainers are scoped to your platform and how much cover you need. A stable environment with business-hours support looks very different from a payments platform with 24x7 on-call. We size against what you actually run rather than selling a tier.
