We architected a multi-region AWS deployment, achieving 99.99% uptime for video-based patient consultations.

Using Terraform and Ansible, we enforced encrypted EBS volumes, automated patching, and immutable AMIs via Packer to eliminate drift. AWS KMS and CloudHSM integrations secured PHI at rest and in transit, meeting stringent HIPAA requirements.

Centralized logging and real-time audit trails in Splunk provided transparent compliance reporting. Within three months, we delivered a fully certified, audit-ready telemedicine platform, empowering our client to scale safely.
