Our client’s factory floor generated sensor data at scale, so we designed a hybrid AWS/Azure pipeline using Kafka and AWS IoT Core to ingest 10,000+ device streams.
Terraform modules ensured consistent provisioning across both clouds with built-in disaster-recovery readiness. We deployed EKS and AKS clusters managed under a unified Helm chart, simplifying maintenance.
Prometheus and Grafana dashboards surfaced anomalies in real time, reducing defect-detection time by 35%. Mutual TLS secured all device-to-cloud traffic, and our solution achieved 99.8% data-delivery reliability across sites.
